Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end movement of global shipments including ocean and air imports/exports within a regional network.
- Ensure shipments move on-time and handle exceptions effectively to meet internal KPIs and SLAs.
- Coordinate daily logistics operations with internal teams and external partners such as carriers, vendors, and customs.
- Take ownership of the client experience by resolving issues promptly and escalating as needed.
- Support partner-managed shipments while driving partner autonomy where applicable.
- Quote and invoice client shipments and be responsible for associated P&L.
- Prepare materials for quarterly and monthly business reviews and lead client operational calls when required.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not mandatory.
