Responsibilities
- Own and deliver a portfolio of high-priority, cross-functional projects from scoping to implementation
- Frame ambiguous business problems, conduct rigorous analysis, and build data-driven recommendations
- Prepare clear, concise executive-level presentations and communicate insights to the CEO and leadership
- Build consensus and drive alignment across product, engineering, sales, and operations teams
- Embed within business units to identify operational gaps and develop leadership bench-building programs
- Execute ad-hoc strategic projects assigned by the CEO and Chief of Staff
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or related field (preferred)
- MBA or advanced degree is advantageous but not required
