Our industry standard-bearing program, Actions Speak Louder, drives the fast lane past rhetoric to show results by taking action. A Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Workplace

Twenty-five percent of our FINN family is Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC). We are working with more than a dozen organizations to ensure that our recruiting efforts reach candidates of diverse backgrounds at all levels. We’ve also further diversified our executive ranks, ramping up collaboration with industry organizations aimed at BIPOC communications professionals.

Building a Pipeline of Diverse Talent

Launched in 2021, Partners for Diversity is our mentorship and job shadow program run in coordination with the Public Relations Student Society of America, working primarily with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Another keystone initiative, the FINN Partners Diversity & Inclusion Award provides students in the City College of New York‘s Ad/PR program with paid internship and scholarship opportunities, exposing them to real-world communications and marketing experience.
