Join Figma's Research team as a researcher focused on core product strategy to drive innovation and support the development of Figma Design. This role involves executing impactful research, influencing product strategy, and collaborating across teams in a full-time capacity either on-site in the U.S. or remotely.
Responsibilities: Conduct strategic research to influence product vision, partner with product leaders to identify opportunities, lead comprehensive research processes, and advocate for the importance of research in business processes.
Skills: 7+ years in UX research with proficiency in various methodologies, ability to articulate user stories, and experience with AI features in product development.
Qualifications: Experience in product design or development is a plus, along with familiarity with Figma's products.
Location: Position can be remote within the United States or based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $130,000 - $180,000.
