Marketing Operations Manager, Funnel Management

Figma is a design collaboration platform focused on making design accessible to teams worldwide. The Marketing Operations Manager, Funnel Management will own and optimize the systems, processes, and data behind revenue-generating marketing campaigns—ensuring accurate lead capture, scoring, routing, and attribution across Events, Webinars, Paid Marketing, and Content.

Skills

  • 7+ years in marketing operations at a B2B software company, owning demand generation systems and processes
  • Experience applying AI/automation to campaign setup, personalization, and performance optimization
  • Proven experience with predictive/ML lead scoring and improving marketing-to-sales alignment
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Customer.io, Madkudu, Zapier, Splash, Zuddle, Sanity, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, campaign attribution, and SLAs
  • Advanced analytical abilities and experience turning complex data into strategic recommendations
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaign operations for Events, Webinars, Conferences, Gated Content, and Paid Marketing, implementing AI-driven automation to scale execution and reduce manual work.
  • Partner with Data Science to develop and optimize machine-learning lead scoring models that prioritize high-intent leads for Sales.
  • Design and scale automated, AI-personalized messaging and outreach sequences with Marketing and Sales to increase engagement and pipeline impact.
  • Ensure leads are enriched, segmented, accurately attributed, routed to Sales with clear SLAs, and that follow-up aligns with engagement expectations.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve the marketing-to-sales handoff, campaign attribution, and overall marketing operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Paid Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to enable reliable data flows and reporting.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Continued learning in data analytics, machine learning, or martech ecosystems is valued
