Enterprise Support Specialist, Spanish Speaking

Figma is a collaborative design platform seeking an Enterprise Support Specialist (Spanish speaking) to help define and elevate enterprise-level support for top customers. This role involves diagnosing complex issues, owning cases from start to resolution, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and advocating for customer needs to improve product and process.

Skills

  • 3+ years supporting a technical SaaS product, ideally with enterprise customers
  • Professional-level spoken and written Spanish
  • Experience with system administration or guiding large end-user communities through implementations
  • Ability to evaluate business impact of technical issues and drive cross-functional prioritization
  • Strong case ownership, incident escalation, and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in Figma products and customer journeys to diagnose sophisticated inquiries
  • Own customer cases from initial contact through resolution, primarily via email
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to guide large organizations through workspace configuration and account setup
  • Serve as voice of the customer: capture product/process gaps and present data-backed cases for improvements
  • Act as point of contact for high-risk escalations, coordinating cross-functional partners and communications
  • Identify trends and share insights with Product and Engineering to advocate for bug fixes and feature enhancements
  • Participate in pilot programs and experimentation to improve support efficiency and personalization
  • Recommend tooling and processes in partnership with Product Support Operations to scale the enterprise support function

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn product, security, and identity-management concepts on the job
