Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end event production: pre-production planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up
- Create and maintain production timelines and ensure teams meet deadlines
- Coordinate and communicate with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Participate in creative ideation and represent on-the-ground production perspective in brainstorms
- Manage multiple cities’ productions and help scale events to new markets
- Develop and manage event budgets of varying scales
- Research, source, and book venues and vendors
- Secure permits, ensure insurance requirements are met, and handle compliance
- Handle administrative tasks including expense reports, invoicing, and contract coordination
- Travel domestically and internationally as required and work across time zones
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience valued
- Relevant coursework or certifications in events, production, or related fields are a plus
