Responsibilities
- Lead department-wide process automation and digital transformation initiatives using Alteryx, SAP, and AI
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows to replace manual and Excel-based processes
- Collaborate with IT and AI/Analytics teams to integrate predictive analytics and intelligent automation
- Manage change adoption, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful rollouts
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for automated processes
- Monitor, test, and optimize automated workflows for accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Identify process improvement opportunities across all accounting functions and prioritize initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
