Fastbreak Travel is the AI-powered group travel solution built for sports. It helps sports organizations manage group accommodations while turning every room night into a reliable revenue stream. By automating bookings, enforcing stay-to-play policies, and enabling bookings during registration, Travel gives organizers full control over travel logistics.

We are seeking a highly motivated and sports industry experienced individual to join our rapidly growing team as a Hotel Procurement Manager forFastbreak Travel.Our headquarters is in Charlotte, North Carolina but would consider a remote location for the right individual.

As a Hotel Procurement Manager you’ll be the primary contact for our hotel partners. You’ll play a key role in maintaining national and local hotel relationships in cities across the continent. You'll run point on finding the right contacts, and negotiating and securing the best hotel blocks for our event partners. Your ability to exceed revenue targets and initiate event strategies will foster long-term, revenue-generating partnerships.

You’ll work closely with other Fastbreak teams to ensure events are adequately contracted and maintained, consistently delivering a high level of service. Through your efforts, you’ll help drive revenue growth, client retention, and referrals, while supporting Fastbreak Travel’s mission to bring the event industry together on one innovative platform.

  • At least 2 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, group sales preferred
  • Familiar with hotel operations and brand requirements
  • Strong understanding of hotel contracts with proven ability to negotiate and execute agreements
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities while adapting quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Capable of analyzing revenue figures and working toward set financial goals
  • Proficient in negotiation and influencing outcomes
  • Embraces new challenges with a positive mindset
  • Dependable team player with a focus on contributing to collective success
  • Professional, approachable, and confident communicator by phone and email
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a collaborative approach
  • Highly organized, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while fostering strong client and hotel partnerships
  • Post-secondary education (BA/BS preferred)

Skills / Knowledge

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and thrive as part of a team
  • Skilled at multitasking and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • CRM experience (e.g., Intercom, Salesforce) preferred
  • Comfortable learning and using proprietary software

  • This role is based at our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.
