The Procurement Associate is responsible for supporting the operations of Privia's care center Procurement Team.
Primary Job Duties:
Assist with identifying care center purchasing needs, with mapping existing vendor relationships, and with management of contracts for all purchases.
Review care center purchases and ensuring they are made in conjunction with related policies.
Collaborate with Privia’s Operations Team, care centers, and vendors to support growth of care center cost savings related to discounted pricing for medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals, and other goods and services. Related responsibilities include: linking care centers to Privia pricing; facilitating cost savings analyses; participating in calls with care centers to discuss available savings opportunities; participating in recurring call with vendors to manage status around contract linking and cost savings analyses completion.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of relevant contract or procurement experience
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management in a care center environment preferred
Solid judgment along with decision making skills
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and groups from a wide variety of backgrounds and organization levels.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced work environment
Excellent written and oral communications and strong interpersonal skills required
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
The salary range for this role is $56,000-$70,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs).This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
