The Exploratorium seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Global Collaborations Department by providing administrative and logistical support for various projects and activities.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include supporting project logistics, content research, managing expenses, and coordinating meetings and workshops.
Skills: Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, knowledge of budget management, and experience with Salesforce.
Qualifications: A BA/BS degree and three years of administrative experience are required, along with project coordination experience in non-profit or educational settings.
Location: This position is based in San Francisco, CA.
Compensation: $41 - $43 / Hourly
SUMMARY
The Exploratorium’s Global Collaborations Department is a dynamic team that works with partners and projects at home and around the world to achieve Exploratorium goals for impact, economics and learning.
The Project Coordinator works closely with project and department leadership to provide administrative support, logistics and coordination for diverse activities to include planning, content development, document production, workshop facilitation, and other activities. This position reports to the Associate Director of Global Collaborations.
