Your Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules across various business functions
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and process owners to gather requirements and communicate user acceptance criteria
• Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Support testing phases and ensure timely approvals from stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong scripting skills, preferably in Java
• Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira for sprint management
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Background in process improvement and automation
• Experience in large, matrixed, or regulated environments

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience transitioning from a Business Analyst to Developer role
• Familiarity with ServiceNow versions Utah, Tokyo, or Washington DC
• Exposure to incident, change, and problem management modules
• Strong adaptability and attention to detail in fast-paced environments

Education & Certifications You Need

• No strict educational requirements – we value experience over formal education
• ServiceNow certifications that demonstrate proficiency are required
