- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o afines.
- 4–5 años de experiencia como Technical Lead o rol equivalente.
- Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Dominio en arquitectura de software, principios SOLID, metodologías ágiles.
- Manejo de bases de datos SQL/NoSQL y entornos cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experiencia con CI/CD, DevOps y microservicios (deseable).
Principales responsabilidades:
- Gestionar y alinear al equipo de desarrollo/QA para cumplir expectativas del cliente.
- Revisar código y asegurar estándares de calidad.
- Implementar mejores prácticas de desarrollo y proponer mejoras técnicas.
- Garantizar la cobertura de requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales.
- Documentar técnicamente el proyecto para asegurar continuidad.
- Facilitar la comunicación entre desarrolladores, UX, producto y cliente.
- Identificar y fortalecer capacidades técnicas del equipo.
- Incorporación inmediata a una empresa dinámica y ágil con un proyecto de crecimiento y expansión.
