We are seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead a team focused on creating seamless multi-product features within Figma's ecosystem, enhancing user experience and product collaboration.
Responsibilities: Manage and support a team of engineers to develop new features, foster strong engineering culture, set strategy with cross-functional teams, and promote mentorship and team culture.
Skills: 2+ years engineering management, 6+ years frontend engineering, strong leadership and communication skills, experience in building product roadmaps.
Qualifications: Experience in complex product spaces and shipping cross-product features is a plus.
Location: Remote in the United States; options available in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $150,000 - $200,000.
The Multi-Product Features team vision is to help our customers move at the speed of their ideas by helping users move fluidly between Figma’s different products. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
