In this role, you’ll join a high-performing global engineering team to design, build, and optimize cutting-edge systems that power AI-driven decision-making in a trillion-dollar industry. This is a greenfield opportunity where your work will have a direct, visible impact from day one. You’ll work across the stack, from building modern, scalable front-end applications to architecting backend systems that handle complex data pipelines, distributed processing, and advanced machine learning models. You’ll be collaborating with engineers from diverse technical backgrounds, contributing to a fast-paced, merit-based environment that values creativity, problem-solving, and technical excellence.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain robust full-stack solutions, from end-to-end front-end architecture and design to backend API development.
• Work with modern frameworks (preferably React/Redux) to create performant, user-friendly interfaces.
• Design and optimize backend systems using Python3 (experience with Java, C++, or C# also considered).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP, large-scale data pipelines, and machine learning models into the product.
• Leverage AWS serverless technologies, asynchronous workflows, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and system design to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Use tools such as Docker, Git/GitHub, Flask, NumPy, and Pandas to deliver high-quality, production-ready code.

To succeed in this position, you should bring:

• At least 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack development.
• Strong skills in design, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Proven experience with front-end frameworks (React/Redux preferred).
• Solid backend development experience, including API design and implementation.
• Expertise in at least one object-oriented programming language (Python3 preferred).
• Experience with AWS, serverless architectures, and asynchronous workflows.
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Flask, Git/GitHub, NumPy, and Pandas.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Competitive salary range: $170,000 – $210,000 (based on experience and location).
