Job Description

The Reporting and Analytics Team Lead oversees a team of Analysts, responsible for delivering relevant insights through data reporting and analytics. You will report to Experian Health and be responsible for ground-up design of new reporting systems for new products and ensures agreement of analytics with organizational goals, the development of scalable reporting solutions, and promotes data driven decision making across departments, and collaborate to support innovation, product development, and operational optimization.

  • Define team goals, monitor performance, and ensure agreement on departmental goals and develop, implement strategic plans
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
  • Oversee the design of dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate delivery of data insights to partners
  • Collaborate with IT and teams to enhance reporting
  • Maintain documentation standards and ensure compliance with data governance policies
  • Guide the execution of advanced analytics projects to support strategic plans
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits and quality checks
  • Support compliance and regulatory plans related to data usage
  • Collaborate with Product, Revenue Cycle, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure data agreement
  • Guide communication between analytics team and departments to translate data into insights

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with emphasis on EDI, eligibility verification and insurance discovery operations
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, managing a team of direct reports
  • 5+ years of experience working with HIPAA regulated data, regulation and policy, payer-provider data interchange, and healthcare data standards
  • 3+ years of experience working with healthcare management systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and clearinghouses
  • 3+ years' experience with EDI formats and standards (X12, HL7), healthcare billing, coding, and insurance workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Master's degree is beneficial

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
