Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain BI reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Design and implement dashboards to provide actionable, executive-level insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through governance and quality standards
- Define and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure business performance
- Manage BI projects, timelines, resourcing, and deliverables
- Stay current with BI technologies and recommend best practices and tooling
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Master's degree is a plus
