Skills
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Knowledge of pharmacy and EHR technologies and standards (eRx, ePA, RTBC, Formulary).
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
- Strong project management skills and methodologies.

- Data-driven decision making and research proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define and document product requirements with internal and external stakeholders across product lifecycle.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including workflows and SOPs, adapting in a fast-changing environment.
- Independently plan and manage project milestones using project management tools.
- Engage stakeholders regularly to ensure alignment and incorporate their feedback.
- Provide product support including onboarding, issue resolution, and new product activation.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field preferred.
