- Advise on floor plan layout, material selection, and custom rug measurements.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues like tracking and delivery logistics.
- Create memorable experiences by exceeding customer expectations.
- Utilize innovative technologies such as CAD modeling and 3D rendering to help customers visualize their space.
- Maintain and improve feedback loops and internal processes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or experience in a creative field such as interior design, art history, or architecture preferred but not required.
