Equifax Workforce Solutions is seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Vice President of Global Operations to lead our large-scale operations organization through its next phase of strategic transformation. This is a critical leadership role that will directly shape the future of our operational capabilities, aligning them precisely with our ambitious business growth opportunities. You'll be accountable for a significant operational budget, driving efficiency and effectiveness, maximizing both employee and customer experiences, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our products and services worldwide.
This position is a key member of our senior leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer. This position is based in our Rider Trail (St. Louis), MO office, and is not a remote position.
What you’ll do:
Architect and drive the Workforce Solutions global operations strategy, developing a clear roadmap to optimize performance, achieve significant scale and efficiency, and deliver a best-in-class employee and customer experience.
Lead large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, reshaping the Operations function for scalable growth and strategically leveraging advanced Cloud products, AI capabilities (including ML, NLP, and Agentic AI), and automation.
Oversee the strategic vision and operational execution of product and service delivery across all product lines, ensuring uncompromising adherence to cycle time, quality, and customer satisfaction thresholds.
Drive operational innovation by driving AI/ML/Automation initiatives and strategic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), revolutionizing processes, enhancing efficiencies in customer partnerships, and fostering a strong employee experience.
Establish and implement cutting-edge strategies for continuous process improvement, optimizing operations, accelerating time to revenue, enabling robust Business Unit growth, and enhancing our product platform.
Serve as a trusted and strategic partner to the Workforce Solution President, Business Unit General Managers, and other senior leaders, influencing the strategic direction of products, services, and fulfillment objectives.
Consistently employ data-driven decision-making within our highly complex, multi-stream global business model.
Cultivate robust cross-functional relationships and influence diverse stakeholders across a highly matrixed global organization to achieve critical outcomes.
Inspire, motivate, and develop a large, global Operations leadership team and their teams, through strategic coaching, fostering challenging growth opportunities, and developing robust succession planning strategies.
What experience you’ll bring:
Proven C-suite executive experience (or equivalent senior leadership) with hands-on experience leading global operations at significant scale ($200M+ expense accountability).
Extensive operational leadership experience within a highly regulated business and complex data environment, preferably within Product/Solutions-oriented businesses (Data/Analytics/Insights, Cloud, Transaction software for B2B, to B2B2C).
Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizational transformations, with a proven ability to set a clear vision and guide a global organization (1200+ employees) through periods of significant change and growth.
Expertise with AI Technologies including Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Agentic AI, with a track record of executing transformational strategies deploying these technologies.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within highly matrixed environments, demonstrating executive presence and gravitas.
Ability to make data-driven decisions with urgency and agility in a fast-paced, "start-up mentality" environment within a global enterprise.
Energetic, authentic leadership style that inspires trust, loyalty, and strong performance, coupled with deep experience in people leadership and talent development.
Expertise in developing vision and strategy, alongside a proven ability to hold teams accountable to aggressive goals and metrics within a Global Enterprise organization.
