Our team of skilled craftspeople, designers, and technicians work across CNC routing, carpentry, metalwork, scenic painting, graphics, and finishing to deliver complex projects at scale. We are growing quickly and seeking an Operations Associate to help strengthen and streamline our internal processes as we expand.
The Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations, working directly with leadership and department heads to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of production, logistics, and business operations — ideal for someone excited about both the creative world of fabrication and the discipline of operational management.
Support scheduling, resourcing, and workflow management across fabrication departments (carpentry, metal, CNC, paint, graphics).
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-quality execution.
Partner with production leadership on capacity planning and process improvements.
Assist with vendor and materials management, purchasing, and logistics coordination.
Contribute to financial and operational reporting, helping leadership identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency.
Drive special projects to improve systems, technology adoption, and cross-team communication.
2–4 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role (experience in fabrication, production, or live events a plus).
Strong organizational and analytical skills; comfortable working with schedules, budgets, and process flows.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where priorities shift quickly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Trello) a plus.
A resourceful, proactive problem-solver who enjoys building structure in creative and complex environments.
Exposure to high-profile projects in film, TV, events, and retail.
