Help Desk Specialist - Active TS/SCI
- Provides initial technical support, addressing routine user inquiries and basic troubleshooting (Tier 1).
- Escalates more complex or unresolved issues to mid-level specialists for Tier 2 support.
- Accurately logs and tracks open tickets, maintains clear documentation, and learns help desk protocols and escalation procedures while gaining foundational experience.
- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Must have an Active TS/SCI : willingness to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
