Overview

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sustainability Sales Team customer portal and prequalification setup. The Sales Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Sales / EVP and is a part of a highly collaborative team that works in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. The Sales Coordinator’s responsibilities include supporting the Sales Professionals under the Sustainability group to ensure seamless interaction with customer portal set-up and pre-qualification support.

Responsibilities

• Manages the maintenance and setup of all customer portal setups.• Manages the completion of all prequalification packets for customers.• Works with all shared support group members to collect the data for portal setup and pre-qualifications.• Supports sales team in the proposal strategy development and research.• Maintains all RFP response information including work history, Site Specific Projects, References, Certifications, Processes etc.• Ensure consistency of branding and content across marketing materials and apply internal brand standards and document design guidelines.• Tracks sales team attendance at external events including conferences, golf tournaments, and special events.• Maintains PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, client leave-behinds, infographics, and other client-facing marketing materials.• Make customer care calls as assigned.• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.• 1-3 years professional experience in marketing, graphic design, or public relations.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Professional interpersonal skills• Strong graphic skills with ability to clearly deliver specific and complex messages• Creative thinker / problem solver• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro• Ability to meet deadlines.• Ability to efficiently research specific topics using various internal and external resources.

 

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Adobe Creative Suite experience.

 

Travel Requirements

• 5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

 

Physical/Work Environment Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.• Climbing stairs.• Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.• Quiet environment.• Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.
