Our Location
Energy Trust provides a range of work location options, including remote, hybrid and in-office work. This position will represent Energy Trust in public settings and potentially at community events. We are open to candidates who live throughout Oregon and Washington. The Sr. Project Manager – Digital Transformation would be expected to report to the office on a quarterly basis, at minimum.
Energy Trust is beginning a Digital Transformation initiative. This position will be responsible for working with the Digital Transformation Steering Team in establishing the Digital Transformation initiatives.
As a Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation you will lead and execute strategic initiatives that drive digital innovation and organizational change. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional digital projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to implement new systems, processes, and platforms that enhance business capabilities and improve customer experience.
In addition to managing projects, Energy Trust’s Project Management Office acts as an educational and support resource for the entire organization. In your role, you may be occasionally assigned to mentor junior staff members or to co-create project management training with Project Management Office colleagues.
This individual reports to a manager in the Project Management Office. This position is expected to report to the Portland office quarterly at a minimum for all staff and other in-person meetings.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
