Join Ellucian as a Senior Colleague Student Consultant, where you'll leverage your expertise in higher education technology to provide solutions and support for the Student/Admissions Modules, enhancing customer success in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer support for Ellucian’s Colleague product suite, assist in troubleshooting and implementing new functionalities, mentor junior consultants, and lead customer projects.
Skills: Hands-on experience with Student/Admissions Modules, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and effective interpersonal communication skills are essential.
Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in higher education Registrar/Admission Offices or equivalent consulting, with strong functional knowledge of related business processes.
Location: Remote/anywhere in the US
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $130,000.

About the Opportunity
Ellucian is seeking to hire a strategic and solutions focused on Colleague/Admissions-Registrar Sr. Consultant, as a member of our team, you will be instrumental in consulting with our customers and delivering value-added services that provide the quickest path to institutional success. This role provides personalized and on-going guidance and support on Ellucian solutions and customer business operations post-implementation, enabling customers to maximize value from their solutions. The role works closely with the customer, building a relationship with the customer’s points of contact, understanding their business needs and the customer’s current use and knowledge of the Ellucian solution. The Senior Consultant works with customers on assigned projects to identify solutions to business and functional problems.
The successful candidate will possess a strong functional understanding of the Student/ Admissions Modules and an overall understanding of Ellucian’s broad portfolio of solutions. Additional knowledge of touch points to the Degree Works Module is a plus.
