About the Role
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the Regional Program Training Manager (RPTM), is responsible for the quality assurance of the development of our onsite staff (coaches and site managers) and implementation of our programs. Through the delivery of training, onsite support, mentorship, and regional program management, the RPTM leads their regional team in execution of Elevo’s WASC-accredited curriculum and activities. With the support of the Regional Lead Training Manager, the RPTM engages in systematic data-driven decision-making to effectively meet company and department goals.

This position's target annual base pay range is $67,000 - $71,500. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
