Position Overview
The Campus Coordinator - Live Out position oversees all tasks related to the students’ residential experience at the Campus. Developing strong relationships with the residential students, grounded in compassion, mutual respect, and consistency, is essential to the Campus Coordinator position. Campus Coordinators must be willing to take a proactive, hands-on approach in working with students to solve problems and conflicts and to offer disciplinary and moral guidance as needed.
Anticipated Start Date: The anticipated start date for this position is January 2026. While we are actively recruiting now, the selected candidate will tentatively begin their role at the start of the new year.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Anticipated Schedule:The Campus Coordinator is a full-time, non-exempt position, which generally includes active employment for approximately 10 to 11-months and inactive employment during the summer break. The role requires a rotating work schedule of 4-5 consecutive days per week. Potential shifts include early mornings, afternoons, and late evenings on both weekdays and weekends with additional on-call hours as needed.
