We are seeking a Strategic Learning Solutions Consultant for a remote, part-time role. You will design and implement learning strategies that enhance technology adoption and workforce performance across various levels of the organization.
Responsibilities: Lead the design of targeted learning strategies, facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions, analyze performance needs, and create customized curriculum pathways. Evaluate learning outcomes and ensure training aligns with business priorities.
Skills: Proven experience in learning strategy, instructional design, strong knowledge of technology adoption, and excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Qualifications: Experience in tech-focused environments, familiarity with instructional design methodologies, and comfort in agile settings.

Compensation: $90 - $110 / Hourly
