Own partner marketing infrastructure for crypto's fastest-growing ecosystem. You'll build the systems, workflows, and relationships that power launches alongside partners like Google Cloud, Coinbase, LayerZero, and World—from Fortune 500 cloud providers to crypto-native protocols, plus 1600+ AVSs in our ecosystem.
This is a high-impact execution role in a fast-growing ecosystem. You'll implement comarketing workflows, maintain partner marketing data, and coordinate campaigns across hundreds of AVS and protocol partners. Working closely with Sales Ops, you'll ensure our CRM reflects accurate partner engagement and comarketing activity. Your execution directly supports BD in closing partnerships and helps GTM prioritize partner opportunities.
You'll work directly with the most innovative companies in web2 and web3. Your Slack and Telegram channels will include teams from Google Cloud, major L1/L2 protocols, AI companies, and leading DeFi projects. High-autonomy role with cross-functional visibility across leadership, BD, product, and communications teams.
This is a full-time position that is fully remote or located with the largely Seattle-based team.
Execute and coordinate comarketing campaigns with 200+ ecosystem partners (AVSs, EigenCloud users, protocols)
Maintain partner marketing database for campaign tracking and coordination
Implement automated workflows for comarketing request intake, execution, and tracking
Coordinate partner marketing initiatives across Telegram and Slack with external partners
Manage marketing assets and collateral for partner campaigns
Support sales ops and grants teams with marketing execution and partner communications
Create streamlined processes for receiving and executing comarketing requests at scale
Track comarketing campaign performance and marketing engagement metrics
Execute partner launch campaigns with top-tier web2 and web3 companies
Develop documentation and SOPs for partner marketing workflows
2-3+ years in partner marketing, marketing operations, or ecosystem growth roles
Deep crypto/web3 knowledge—you understand AVSs, restaking, L1/L2 protocols, and DeFi primitives
Proven experience with CRM and database management (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable)
Strong workflow automation skills (Zapier, n8n, or similar tools)
Experience managing partner relationships via Telegram and Slack in fast-paced environments
Ability to juggle multiple partner requests and priorities simultaneously
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills for partner coordination
Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
Bonus:
Copywriting and content creation experience
B2B SaaS partner marketing background
Prior work with developer ecosystems or infrastructure protocols
Familiarity with crypto marketing channels and communities
The target salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 USD. The listed range reflects compensation for candidates located in U.S. Tier 1 markets and may vary depending on your location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
