Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning: define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs
- Coordinate and provide direction to cross-functional delivery teams, assign tasks and set priorities
- Track project progress, manage schedules, budgets, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle
- Serve as primary client point of contact; maintain regular communication and manage expectations
- Use Agile/Scrum and traditional PM practices to drive delivery and continuous improvement
- Administer backend systems and processes to enable technical teams to focus on delivery
- Conduct project reviews and implement corrective actions to maintain client satisfaction
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (required)
- PMI or Agile certifications preferred (PMP, CAPM, CSM)
- AWS certification considered a plus (e.g., Cloud Practitioner)
