- Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities to identify and track synergies
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and executive communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent integrations in a project-driven environment
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional integration teams to execute integration plans from close through full assimilation
- Define integration strategy, scope, playbooks, timelines, and KPIs aligned with deal rationale
- Develop and manage post-close integration playbooks and project plans tailored to project-based workflows
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to set priorities and mitigate integration risks
- Track and report synergies, cost savings, and performance metrics to executive stakeholders and board
- Champion cultural integration and employee engagement during transitions
- Establish and run a Project Management Office (PMO) to drive integration governance and alignment
- Conduct post-mortem assessments to capture lessons learned and improve future integrations
- Prepare regular status updates and escalation materials for executive leadership and the board
- Travel as required (up to 30%) to support integration activities and site engagements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field required
- Project management or change leadership certification (PMP, Prosci) preferred
