Fidelity Business Analyst

Education at Work (E@W) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Fidelity Investments team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, updating transactions, storing documents, creating reports, and providing insights to drive business decisions. Your primary focus will be on finishing tasks as well as process improvement. Other focus areas include bulk-send processing as well as long-term record retention needs for our clients. You’ll be working in a team environment and sharing tasks with others.


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Document Retention/Recordkeeping tasks as needed, including process improvement to these spaces.
  • Data Integrity/Maintenance within our recordkeeping system.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports by compiling data findings into meaningful documentation. Maintain the tools that we create.
  • Monitoring Progress: Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and publishing progress reports.
  • Recommend Controls: Identify problems and recommend improved procedures.
  • Bulk Send Needs for Preapproved Organization.
  • Data Analysis: Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
