We are seeking a Senior HRIS & HR Ops Analyst with expertise in ADP Workforce Now / Lyric to optimize our HR systems and ensure data integrity throughout employee lifecycle transactions.
Responsibilities: Administer the HRIS platform, process employee lifecycle transactions, maintain data integrity through audits, resolve HR Ops service tickets, and support HR cycles.
Skills: 3-5 years experience with HRIS platforms, especially ADP Workforce Now or Lyric, strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to manage data integrity and system logic.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience; familiarity with HR Operations or Shared Services model.
Location: Remote work is allowed from the United States; no travel required.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.

You'll be the person who makes our HR systems actually work. Not just technically, but in ways that matter to the people who depend on them every day. As our Senior HRIS & HR Ops Analyst, you'll be the go-to expert for ADP Workforce Now / Lyric: configuration, workflows, security, reporting, and the "why is it doing that?" moments that come with any enterprise system.
This is hands-on, high-judgment work. You'll be in the thick of employee lifecycle transactions. Every hire, promotion, transfer, and departure flows through your work. When an HR Business Partner needs clean data for a tough conversation, when Payroll needs numbers to reconcile, when Finance asks "where did this headcount come from?" you're the one who makes those answers possible.
