What You'll do

The ideal candidate is willing to work across disciplines and departments and is willing to design and scale architectures from the ground up. You should be prepared to wear many hats while learning new frameworks and technologies quickly to build high-quality products at scale.

Beyond engineering work, as one of our early employees you’ll be part of defining our company culture, values and style. Our current team is small but highly energetic, and excited to dig into big scary problems.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Design infrastructure as code tooling to support the deployment and operation of many tenants, including single/multi tenancy on commercial, government, and on prem systems.

• Take ownership of products and features beyond just the engineering side of things, focusing on the end customer experience and value.

• Work with a talented group of engineers to change the way private information is shared.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years backend development

• BS in computer science or equivalent experience

• Languages: C#, Python, Java, or other equivalent OO programming language

• Fluent in Infrastructure as Code technologies, such as Cloudformation, ARM, or Terraform.

• Deep experience building services from scratch and serving them at scale.

• Deep experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience designing scalable storage schemas, including Relational DBs, NoSQL, Blobs, and Search.
