- Deep working knowledge of modern web technologies and front-end architectures
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web performance optimization
- Experience with CMS, personalization, and data integrations
- Proven product experience across web, native mobile (iOS/Android), and kiosk/in-store tech
- Hands-on experience designing experiments, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with QA processes, acceptance criteria, and testing cycles
- Ability to translate technical tradeoffs into business outcomes and KPIs
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Own vision and roadmap for consumer-facing e-commerce, kiosk, and branded mobile app channels with clear KPIs.
- Drive platform modernization to decouple and modularize the front-end for dynamic B2B customization.
- Define and deliver a best-in-class kiosk product optimized for in-store ordering and operational reliability.
- Lead strategy and roadmap for the branded mobile app to improve retention and personalized experiences.
- Partner with engineering on web architecture, data integrations, SEO, scalability, and hosting decisions.
- Collaborate with design to ensure consistent, high-fidelity UX across web, mobile, and kiosk.
- Design and run user research, A/B tests, and validation loops to optimize conversion and usability.
- Mentor product team members and establish best practices in UX, web technology, and B2B product development.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or equivalent experience
