Responsibilities
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical domains within the autonomy stack (e.g., perception, prediction, motion planning).
- Gather and synthesize stakeholder needs into clear, actionable technical product requirements and functional specifications.
- Prioritize roadmap using vehicle logs, simulation data, system metrics, and business impact analyses.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and external partners to surface constraints, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks.
- Measure product success with telemetry and system metrics and iterate based on real-world and simulated performance.
- Mentor and upskill junior product managers and lead cross-functional product-engineering partnerships.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in relevant field preferred but not required
