You will oversee the planning and execution of large-scale software initiatives, translating strategic goals into actionable roadmaps. Accountabilities:

• Lead product planning and execution through all stages of the lifecycle — from concept to delivery — ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user needs.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs using Jira or Aha!, ensuring stories are well-defined, actionable, and sprint-ready.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders to deliver value-driven features efficiently.
• Utilize data, customer insights, and analytics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Support agile ceremonies, PI planning, and cross-value stream coordination to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
• Leverage AI/ML tools and data models to innovate and enhance product capabilities.

Ensure documentation, communication, and reporting processes support alignment across distributed teams

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role within a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar for backlog and sprint management.
• Experience in marketing automation, digital engagement, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data models, and system architecture concepts.
• Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and program increment planning.
• Experience using AI/ML tools to enhance product strategy or execution.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on customer discovery and user experience.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker) and A/B testing methods.
