Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Altera tumor genomic profiling product line.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, market data, and operational constraints.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, engineering, clinical/medical, operations, regulatory, marketing, sales, and business development.
- Monitor product performance, define KPIs, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Conduct Voice of Customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments and new initiatives.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap updates, and progress to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Engineering or related field required
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field preferred
