- 5+ years in analytical roles (management consulting, strategy, bizops, analytics, or similar)
- Experience in retail logistics and supply chain
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven experience leading projects from idea through execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and a get-it-done attitude
- Comfortable executing in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Completed BS/BA degree
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategies, processes, and tools to accelerate growth
- Oversee annual and quarterly revenue targets and lead business performance cadences
- Continuously optimize sales and implementation processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Ensure alignment of sales technologies (CRM and related tools) with sales workflows
- Partner with business development, operations, product, engineering, and analytics teams
- Lead projects end-to-end from strategy and hypothesis through execution, measurement, and iteration
- Define and track KPIs, run experiments, and translate results into actionable recommendations
Education
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
