Job Description

Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team members and interact with customers
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills for managing inventory, sales reports, and scheduling
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Food safety certification (preferred, or willing to obtain)
