- Inspect and estimate all used vehicle trade-ins and auction purchases.
- Manage reconditioning timelines to get vehicles lot-ready fast.
- Break down labor and parts pricing with precision.
- Coordinate vehicle descriptions and photos with marketing.
- Report service results from internal departments and vendors.
- Collaborate with management to set goals and crush them.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s organized, relentless, and ready to lead.
- Automotive dealership service experience or certifications? Big plus.
- Time management mastery — you run the clock, not the other way around.
- Strong computer and typing skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
