We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Paralegal – Contracts & Legal Operations to support contract review, legal workflows, and systems development across Discovery Education’s U.S. Legal team. This role provides critical support to our U.S. commercial contract function and legal department operations, with a unique blend of contract execution, legal process management, and cross-functional legal support. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will work closely with the U.S. Commercial Contracting team as well as partnering across the Legal Team and business to improve how we deliver legal services.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Operations, Information Technology, and Privacy. You will be responsible for reviewing a wide range of contracts; developing legal systems and documentation; and helping implement tools and processes that enable the Legal team to work more effectively and efficiently.
