Meet the team:
Dexcom Global Procurement is seeking an experienced, skilled and passionate Procurement Digital Transformation Program Manager to develop and execute our digital transformation North Star initiatives within the Global Procurement Organization, while fostering cross-functional collaboration. As the program manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of our digital agenda, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact transformation projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise within procurement technology space, project management skills, and strategic thinking to facilitate the digital transformation of the procurement function.
Where you come in:
Lay a foundation of key value drivers of procurement digital transformation to gain leadership alignment
Partner with Procurement organization to identify capability gaps within the as is source to pay technology architecture and subsequent procurement processes
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in IT, Finance, HR, Legal and other areas to develop a technology roadmap based on best practices and next generation technologies
Develop and present a multi-year procurement technology transformation plan showing short-term to long-term initiatives to transform procurement
Develop business cases for technology investments showing the ROI and financial & operational benefits
Lead the selection of new technology solutions by partnering with stakeholders within IT, Supply Chain and other functions
Negotiate technology contracts with selected providers
Develop AI-use cases within procurement processes and experiment technologies to validate value
Lead the execution of procurement technology implementation projects globally, as a procurement business functional lead to ensure all business and functional requirements are met
Identify areas of opportunity to deliver quick wins from digitizing manual procurement processes
Drive the adoption and utilization of existing digital tools and AI technologies across Global Procurement in all regions
What makes you successful:
Proven experience in Procurement space and advanced level understanding of procurement processes and technologies
Project management experience is preferred
Demonstrated experience leading Procurement digital transformation projects
Strong communication skills and presentation skills

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree, and a minimum of 13+ years related experience or a Masters degree and 8+ years equivalent industry experience of a PhD and 5+ years of experience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
