Responsibilities
- Perform operational diagnostics across functions to map workflows, latency, and resource spend; define an AI-enabled roadmap.
- Prototype, deploy, and iterate agentic workflows (e.g., agent-led content generation, n8n orchestrations, FP&A scenario modeling).
- Design organizational structure, role mix, and tooling required to maximize velocity and clarity.
- Evangelize AI adoption internally: run workshops, build reusable playbooks, and serve as an internal thought leader.
- Lead high-leverage CEO-facing strategic projects requiring analytics and cross-functional orchestration.
- Measure and drive success metrics (cycle-time reduction, ARR per employee, agent coverage and quality).
- Act as a hands-on builder — writing prompts, configuring vector DBs, and implementing low-code automations.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (CS, engineering, business, or related)
- 2+ years in strategy consulting, operations, product management, or biz-ops within high-growth SaaS
