We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is beginning their career in Salesforce administration and looking to build hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work alongside senior administrators and stakeholders to support day-to-day Salesforce operations, maintain data integrity, and contribute to user support and ongoing system improvements.
Assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Support end-users by resolving issues and answering “how-to” questions.
Help with data imports, exports, updates, and deduplication using tools like Data Loader.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.
Proactively identify and remedy data quality issues.
Create and modify reports and dashboards based on business needs.
Document processes, policies, and best practices for Salesforce usage.
Assist in testing new features, configurations, and integrations.
Work with senior admins and developers on system enhancements and small projects.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant features.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred or in progress.
Basic understanding of Salesforce standard objects (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Excel and data management tools a plus.
Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues.
Exposure to Salesforce automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, or Validation Rules.
Familiarity with basic reporting and dashboard creation.
Experience supporting internal users or working in a help desk environment.
Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft, APIs) is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with L2Q tooling such as Impartner, 6Sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Openprise, or similar systems.
