Veterinary Receptionist - East Falmouth, MA

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping people and their pets? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to be the warm, welcoming face of our clinic and a key member of our compassionate, client-focused team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet clients and their pets with professionalism and compassion
• Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage reminders and follow-ups
• Answer phones and respond to emails with efficiency and empathy
• Process payments, maintain accurate patient records, and assist with check-in/check-out
• Provide support to clients and coworkers in a positive, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy setting
• Prior experience in veterinary or medical reception is a plus, but not required
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a true love for animals
