Skills
- Experience with PM tools (Jira, Trello, Smartsheets, Google Docs)
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with data engineering and analytics technologies (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, Looker, Fivetran)
- Strong written and verbal communication and escalation instincts
- Risk identification and mitigation planning
- Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture view
- Ability to build relationships internally and with clients
- Self-motivated with a bias toward action
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams of up to six people and assign tasks
- Ensure client objectives and requirements are met
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope
- Plan and manage work using Agile/Scrum (sprint planning, acceptance criteria)
- Identify, escalate, and drive mitigation plans for risks and issues
- Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and timeline updates to stakeholders
- Track progress against milestones and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure quality of deliverables and manage scope creep with sellers
- Support pre-sales pursuits with Sales and Marketing as needed
Education
- BA/BS degree required
- Advanced degree (MS/MA) is a plus
