- Ability to produce graphics that align with federal branding standards
- Portfolio demonstrating government training materials, infographics, and instructional graphics
Responsibilities
- Design infographics, illustrations, diagrams, UI mockups, and visual assets for training and learning platforms
- Produce multimedia content including videos, animations, and interactive media for instructional programs
- Ensure all graphics meet Section 508 accessibility standards and federal color contrast guidelines
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project teams to translate complex benefits information into clear visuals
- Maintain consistent visual branding across platforms and follow federal approval processes
- Prepare source files, export-ready assets, and documentation for review and reuse
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Relevant federal design or instructional graphics training preferred
