Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and versatile Aetna Technology Strategy & Operations Leader to drive alignment across technology, product, and business teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, experience in product-centric and modern engineering environments, and core consulting-type skillsets. As a key member of the Aetna Chief Digital & Technology office, you will report directly to the Executive Director of Aetna Technology Strategy & Operations. In this role you will serve as a critical thought partner to technology leadership, helping shape and articulate our roadmap, optimize our management operations, and lead strategic initiatives advancing our Aetna Technology strategy.
Your contributions will be essential in positioning Aetna CVS Health as a ‘digital first, technology forward, and data-driven’ organization. You will be responsible for managing shifting priorities, collaborating on high-traffic initiatives while thriving in an agile, fast-paced environment.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
