Responsibilities: You will schedule professional learning sessions, maintain accurate planning notes, support record-keeping, collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on implementations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills: Strong communication and listening skills, ability to analyze data for scheduling strategies, organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset, and proficiency in relationship-building are essential.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years' experience in an educator-facing role in K-12 or edtech, familiarity with adult learning practices, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience are preferred.
Location: This position is fully remote within the USA with occasional travel (10%) to company offices and educator sites.
Compensation: $43375 - $70875 / Annually

Engagement Specialist, Professional Learning Service Operations
Engagement Ops consists of effective communicators who are highly collaborative, creative, and responsive to meet the needs of educators by supporting a successful implementation of Curriculum Associates products through the scheduling of professional learning sessions. Specialists have honed their skills and consistently seek new learning opportunities and skill developments to level up their knowledge base. Along with the core functions, a Specialist will utilize their expertise to support department strategy, innovation, and continuous professional improvement within specific focus areas. Focus areas may include advancing technology to support system and process efficiency, field team enablement and training, sales team enablement and training, marketing and educator communication.

Pay Range: This role’s range is $43,375 - 70,875.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
